Welcome to the Personal Website of Betsy Hoffmeister, AAHCC 2008 Affiliated Bradley ® Instructor.

Natural Childbirth Classes in Seattle, Washington! Learn how to participate fully in the birth of your child. My classes emphasizes deep relaxation, simple pregnancy exercises, the active participation of the mother's partner as birth "coach," wholesome nutrition, and education as the best way to prepare for a safe, gentle birth.

Classes are held in our cozy family home in the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle, WA, five minutes from the West Seattle Bridge. Classes are normally held on SUNDAYS at from 5-7:15 pm.
